Once the floor plan is finalized and approved, we will collaborate on selecting interior and exterior finishes. This process leads to a comprehensive, formal quote that outlines all details of your custom home.

Sign Contract:
After approving the quote, we will schedule a meeting to sign the contract and finalize your exterior selections. This milestone marks the official start of your custom home journey.

Begin Construction:
